Role Description

The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing EukaPay's growth strategy. This is a full-time hybrid role located in the Greater Toronto Area with some remote work accepted. The Growth Marketing Manager will oversee multiple marketing campaigns and projects, manage a team, and work with cross-functional teams to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

Qualifications

Content Creation and Management:

Develop and execute a content strategy that includes video content, blog writing, and informative tweet threads aimed at educating and engaging our target audience.
Produce regular news releases to share company updates, product launches, and industry insights, optimizing for SEO and audience relevance.

Podcast and Media Outreach:

Identify and secure opportunities for the company to be featured in relevant podcasts within the crypto and fintech sectors.
Coordinate with media outlets to promote news releases and thought leadership articles, enhancing the company's visibility and credibility.

Social Media and Community Engagement:

Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant networks, through regular, engaging posts and community interaction.
Build and nurture an online community of crypto enthusiasts and potential customers by providing valuable content, responding to queries, and fostering discussions.

Influencer and Partnership Development:

Research and engage with key influencers, thought leaders, and content creators in the crypto space to establish collaboration and sponsorship opportunities.
Forge partnerships with other fintech and crypto platforms for cross-promotional activities and to expand our reach within the target market.

Speaking Engagements and Event Participation:

Identify and secure speaking engagements at industry conferences, webinars, and events to position the company as a thought leader in the crypto payments space.
Represent the company at events, engaging with attendees, and leveraging opportunities for networking and partnership development.

Analytics and Performance Tracking:

Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of organic growth initiatives using key metrics and KPIs, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize results.
Conduct competitor analysis and stay informed of industry trends to ensure our growth strategies remain innovative and effective.

Team Collaboration and Leadership:

Collaborate with the product, sales, and customer support teams to align organic growth efforts with overall company goals and customer needs.
Lead and mentor team members involved in content creation, social media management, and community engagement to ensure quality and consistency across all channels.

Industry Knowledge and Expertise:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the crypto industry, including regulatory changes, market trends, and technological advancements, to inform content and strategy.
Utilize expertise in crypto to craft messages that resonate with our target audience and differentiate our platform in the market.
