Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our Ontario in-home sales team. Reporting directly to the President, you will oversee sales operations, drive revenue growth, and lead team performance through effective leadership, recruitment, training, and mentorship. Prior experience in home improvement sales is a strong asset.
High ticket sales with company supplied leads. Generous and uncapped compensation plan. Expected earnings $250,000+.
