*** Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our Ontario in-home sales team.
Reporting directly to the President, you will oversee sales operations, drive revenue growth, and lead team performance through effective leadership, recruitment, training, and mentorship.
Prior experience in home improvement sales is a strong asset.
High ticket sales with company supplied leads.
Generous and uncapped compensation plan.
Expected earnings $250,000+.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve weekly, monthly, and annual targets.Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.Enhance lead generation through initiatives such as canvassing, home shows, and other marketing activities.Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback and actionable insights.Collaborate with the President to improve profitability and expand market reach.Create and deliver sales training programs to strengthen team capabilities and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Experience:
A minimum of 10 years in direct sales (home improvement preferred) and at least 5 years in sales management.Proven success in commission-based sales with prior earnings exceeding $250,000/year.Strong expertise in lead generation and business development.Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent communication and presentation skills.Valid driver's license and ability to travel (up to 25%).
