Assistant Managers maintain day-to-day store operations, including achieving sales goals, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and team leadership. They oversee business operations in the Store Manager's absence.
• Drive business results through coaching and encouraging customer-focused sales associates and leaders
• Promote the brand through knowledge and understanding of our product, business, and values
• Oversee store operations, including shift task organization and store opening and closing duties
• Execute all merchandising, marketing, and visual presentation aspects of the store according to our standards and directives
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment
• Secure company assets with strong loss prevention skills and awareness
• Provide leadership to the store team; providing guidance, coaching, and training to your team so they can achieve great results
• Creating a positive work environment that embodies our values
• Who You Are * Experienced retail supervisor who is able to motivate, train, and coach others to success
• Strong retail and business acumen
• Excellent sales skills and commitment to ensuring amazing customer experiences
• Committed to teamwork and our philosophy that "none of us is as good as all of us"
• Able to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and move and handle boxes of merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds) and fixtures throughout the store
• Flexible availability; Assistant Managers work a combination of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
