Role Overview:

The Digital Marketing Specialist is a key role within our marketing team, focused on developing, implementing, and improving our digital marketing efforts across all channels and platforms. This role combines analytical expertise with creative thinking to improve our digital presence and drive the Scintica brand's growth. You'll work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn business goals into successful marketing campaigns. Our objective is to provide customers with relevant, useful, and timely information, to enhance existing relationships and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

The Digital Marketing Specialist performs sales, marketing, and administrative functions and the position supports senior management and other sales & marketing staff.

CRM Management: Assist with the maintenance and improvement of our CRM system, ensuring accurate segmentation, profiling, and integration with other platforms for an integrated marketing approach.
Create, update, and maintain customer profiles and lists within CRM 
Utilize CRM to manage marketing campaigns, track leads, and maintain customer engagement
Analyze CRM data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Email Marketing: Design and execute impactful email marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to analysis, optimizing for engagement and conversion.
Design and execute email marketing campaigns

Digital Campaigns: Lead the end-to-end management of digital campaigns, including social media, content creation, and performance analytics, to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Plan and execute SEM campaigns, including Google Tag Manager and PPC initiatives
Collaborate with the team to analyze ROAS and recommend optimizations

Social Media:
Manage and create content for all social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging
Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and growth

Webinars & Events:
Coordinate and schedule webinars, ensuring seamless execution from planning to follow-up
Work with internal teams and external partners to promote tradeshows effectively

Content Creation & Optimization:
Assist in writing and optimizing website content, blog posts, and email campaigns
Create engaging graphics and videos to support marketing efforts

Website Optimization: Collaborate with the web development team to update and create content that aligns with our brand and SEO strategies.

Data Analysis: Use analytics tools to monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure marketing strategies are integrated and aligned with business goals and objectives.

Other tasks as required

What you will bring: 

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in email marketing.
Sound understanding of CRM principles and data management.
Comfortable with databases, data, manipulation, and mining and analyzing data.
Strong copywriting, proofreading, language and communication skills. 
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
Team-oriented mindset, with a passion for collaboration and innovation.
Self-driven, independent thinker who is highly motivated with attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM systems and email marketing platforms
Solid understanding of digital marketing trends, tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO, and social media management.
Experience or background in life sciences would be considered an asset

CRM Systems (E.g. Zoho, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Insightly, etc.)
Email Marketing (E.g. Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
Website development (Working knowledge: WordPress & Elementor)
Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design tools)
Digital marketing tools (E.g. Canva, RenderForest, Synthesia, etc.)
Analytics tools (E.g. Google Analytics, PPC, Google Search, Looker Studio, etc.)
Ecommerce platforms (E.g. Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
MS Office
