We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dental Office Manager to lead our team at Stoney Creek Family Dental in London, ON.
Our dental practice is committed to providing exceptional patient care and delivering a family-focused experience. We pride ourselves on offering top-tier dental services in a state-of-the-art, digital dental environment.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000, depending on experience.
This full-time position involves leading and managing the dental office team, ensuring smooth daily operations. You will provide exceptional customer service, display excellent leadership and management skills, and effectively supervise and motivate staff.
You will also organize and manage schedules, appointments, and daily tasks with strong time management skills, ensure the office meets financial goals, including managing budgets and KPIs, and facilitate clear communication between patients and dental professionals.
