The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly wage, comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and orthodontic coverage for employees and their families, as well as yearly CDA licensing fees covered by the employer.
As a talented Certified Dental Assistant, you will be responsible for bringing patients in for their visit in an enthusiastic way, building a personal connection at every visit.
You will ensure that patients receive optimal hygiene treatment based on clinical findings and their goal for comprehensive oral health.
You will have the desire to help, educate, and improve our patients' lives.
Your duties will include preparing and maintaining all dental instruments, supplies, and equipment, organizing, cleaning, and maintaining a clean and sterile clinical area.
You will maintain a positive attitude and work cohesively with fellow team members to provide an atmosphere of trust, respect, and cooperation.
Additionally, you will perform any other tasks delegated or assigned by the Orthodontist or leadership team.
Your energy will be key in a fast-paced environment.
You must possess great energy, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal, an ability to make patients feel comfortable and at ease.
To be considered for this role, you must have dental assistant experience, successfully completed CDA (Completion of NDAEB Exam), and excellent time management and organizational skills.
Experience in an orthodontic office is preferred but not required.
