Your Responsibilities as Clinic Director

As the Clinic Director at Lifemark in London, ON, you will:

Conduct clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
Monitor and evaluate patient progress to ensure exceptional care delivery.
Oversee the clinic's financial and operational performance, driving efficiency and success.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Lead and mentor clinic staff, fostering a collaborative and empowered workplace culture.
Address and resolve scheduling and operational challenges within the clinic.
Support hiring, recruitment, and continuous staff development.

What You Bring to the Role

Fully licensed Registered Physiotherapist in Ontario with 1-5 years of clinical and leadership experience.
Strong business acumen and experience managing clinic operations and financials.
A passion for patient care, mentorship, and collaboration.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Completion of advanced physical therapy courses is a strong asset.
