As a Nutrition Care Specialist at CRS, you will be part of a diverse regional team and have access to beneficial home office programs.
You will be working with adults and/or geriatric groups of clients in their homes, using evidence-based best practices.
Your key areas of accountability will include preparing client reports for health professionals, creating plans and presentations for clients and caregivers, educating staff about healthy eating and nutrition, and supporting various areas of intervention such as failure to thrive, dysphasia, feeding problems, and more.
To succeed in this role, you must be a Member in good standing with the College of Dietitians of Ontario, have a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You will also need to be skilled in caseload management, electronic documentation, and virtual care.
