We are now seeking a talented Inside Sales Specialist to help identify high-potential companies and invite them to leverage this groundbreaking opportunity to differentiate their brands.

About the position

As an Inside Sales Representative at Zentrela, you'll play a crucial role in driving growth. You will:

• Identify new prospects and set up introductory calls to showcase Zentrela's value to pharma, cannabis, and other CPG companies.
• Conduct account research to identify key players and generate interest.
• Understand customer needs and communicate Zentrela's value effectively.
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
• Work closely with the founding and research teams to prepare proposals.
• Close sales to meet or exceed quarterly quotas.
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.

Requirements / Skills:

• Proven inside sales experience.
• Track record of over-achieving quota.
• Proven experience in use of LinkedIn to identify and connect with prospects.
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
• Experience working with Hubspot or similar CRM.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Assets

• You have sales experience in the CPG markets of cannabis, functional, wellness natural health products in Canada or the US.
• You've lived the experience and liked working in fast-paced startup environments where taking on multiple roles and responsibilities is essential to driving the company's overall success.
• You are familiarized with the overall process of developing health, wellness, and functional products with psychoactive substances (cannabis, nicotine or caffeine).
• You're familiarized with neurotechnology, data science, reading, understanding, and explaining scientific information.

• Base salary: CAD $50K-$70K base salary (based on experience).

• Incentives: Quarterly bonuses, uncapped commissions for new client sales, and eligibility for our Stock Option Plan to become a shareholder.

Start Date: Immediate Hiring

Location: Remote or hybrid (3 days a week in the office) if applicable.

Travel: Availability to travel to the US, Canada, and Europe, avg. of twice per quarter.
