We are seeking a skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at CAN-NP-SERV, an NP-led organization dedicated to delivering clinical value to customers while elevating the NP role.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geriatric medicine and be able to provide high-quality care to LTC residents. As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will be responsible for managing stable complex chronic co-morbidities in collaboration with MDs, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and providing excellent customer service.
Salary Range: $75-$85 per hour (dependent on location and experience)
