Financière Manuvie Insurance Sales Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Insurance Sales Representative to join our team.
As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling Health & Dental, Travel, and Life Insurance products to clients across various jurisdictions.

About the Role

In this role, you will handle inbound sales calls, make outbound calls to potential clients, and interact with clients through online channels.
You will provide expert advice, identify client needs, and offer personalized solutions to meet those needs.
Additionally, you will accurately record client information and meet sales targets, quality measures, and compliance requirements.

You will be part of a dynamic team that fosters a supportive and collaborative environment.
Our ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong active listening skills.
You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a high level of productivity.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound sales calls from new clients interested in Health & Dental, Travel, and Life Insurance products
Make outbound calls to potential clients who have shown interest in discussing our insurance options
Interact with clients through online chats and other digital channels
Provide expert advice, identify client needs, and offer personalized solutions
Accurately record client information through our online system
Meet sales targets, quality measures, and compliance requirements

Requirements

Bilingualism (English/French) required to support clients across various jurisdictions
High-energy individual with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong active listening skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a high level of productivity
Proven problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Salesforce, and other web-based systems

Estimated Salary:
$42,650 per year.
Additional pay includes commission pay.
