Role: Tester
Location: Halifax, NS (Remote from anywhere in CAN)
Duration: 06+months
Skills: IBM Watson, IVR Tester
Experience testing/working with IBM Watson or testing Voice/IVR call flows, test case automation, writing SQL queries, using Q Test and Azure DevOps, utilizing SOAP UI/Postman and Cyara for call load testing
Must Haves:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
3+ years of technical testing experience
Isolates, reproduces, and tracks defects and verifies fixes
Develops test data and procedures for ensuring the software products meet organization standards and end-user requirements
Experience testing/working with IBM Watson or testing Voice/IVR call flows, test case automation, writing SQL queries, using Q Test and Azure DevOps, utilizing SOAP UI/Postman and Cyara for call load testing
