About this role:

At the Product and Design role at Floqer, you'll be talking with customers to perform research on the tasks they are performing while using Floqer. This role

In this role, you'll:

Lead end-to-end product design projects and work closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.
Work directly with users and translate their needs into tangible user flows and actionable product decisions, directly impacting product direction.
Create flows, prototypes and high-fidelity visuals for your features and improvements.
Help us refine and expand our brand identity, develop engaging visuals, and bring them to life for marketing campaigns, product launches, and creative projects.
Be working closely with Deep (CPO) and Shivam (CEO) to ensure the design and quality of the product.

You're a great fit if you:

Have experience with Figma.
Have worked in a high-growth, fast paced environment (ideally another startup) and can drive things forward with relatively little oversight.
Bonus:
Some programming experience with Next.js, Tailwind CSS

Salary range:
$70,000 - $120,000 per year. (commensurate with experience)
