Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester with over 5 years in automation testing, specifically for contact center applications and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems.
The ideal candidate will design and execute comprehensive test plans, develop automation scripts and validate the functionality, performance, and user experience of Contact Center and IVR applications.
You will work closely with the development and QA teams to ensure that all IVR systems are performing optimally, ensuring a seamless experience for end-users and customers.
