You'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring we meet our Clients needs in the ever-changing landscape of IT.
Are you that technical someone with project management skills that loves both managing Projects and actively working on them? If so, this is the role for you!

What You'll Do

Jump into a variety of cool projects like security, on-premises server deployments, networking, hosting, and cloud solutions-including VoIP.
Actively work with SMEs as needed, to get the job done #dreamteam #teamwork
Build and nurture awesome relationships with our clients, making sure they're thrilled from start to finish.
Create and maintain project documentation that's as sharp as a tack and as clear as day.
Put together stellar project plans, work packages, and presentations that will blow everyone away.
Define all project phases with precision, including tasks, escalation paths, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
Keep track of project risks, issues, and changes like a pro.
Ensure project costs are spot on, reviewed regularly, and deviations are addressed faster than a speeding bullet.
Kickstart project invoicing on time and analyze post-mortem to keep things top-notch.
Provide regular progress reports that keep everyone in the loop and impressed.
Foster strong relationships across all teams to ensure seamless coordination and resource allocation.
Conduct project reviews and share the learnings with all relevant stakeholders.
Contribute to continuous improvement in our project processes, making them even better than before.

What You'll Bring
