En tant que Conseiller(e) de direction en RH, Bilingue, vous renforcez la connexion avec les clients par l'intermédiaire des services et de la consultation. Le titulaire de ce poste gère les relations stratégiques avec les personnes-ressources de la haute direction chez le client, établit et met en œuvre une stratégie RH et influence efficacement l'orientation en ce qui a trait aux besoins actuels et futurs en capital humain au sein de l'organisation du client.
Afin de bien réussir dans le cadre de ces fonctions, vous devez être à l'aise de travailler avec le support technique interne, les différents départements de production et les autres centres de services ADP, si nécessaire, pour amener des solutions. Vous établissez des liens de confiance avec les clients de façon professionnelle. Au téléphone comme par écrit, votre style de communication est clair et engageant.
