Assurer le suivi de la thérapie médicamenteuse Vérifier les prescriptions et analyser les dossiers pharmacologiques Répondre aux besoins des clients avec des conseils appropriés Documenter adéquatement les dossiers patients et effectuer les suivis nécessaires Coordonner et surveiller les activités du laboratoire Collaborer étroitement avec les assistants techniques pour un service exemplaire Préparer, conditionner, distribuer et entreposer les médicaments et produits pharmaceutiquesCompétences et qualifications requises :
Baccalauréat en pharmacie (B.
Pharm.) ou doctorat en pharmacie (Pharm.
D.) Permis d'exercice valide délivré par l'Ordre des Pharmaciens du Québec Bonnes aptitudes en communication, esprit d'équipe et capacité de gestion Grande capacité d'écoute, d'empathie et sens du service client Connaissance de la langue française (excellente) et anglaise (bon niveau) Compétences en informatique :
