The team at Seawall Dental in West Vancouver, BC is looking for a passionate, hard-working Associate Dentist on a part-time basis.The Associate Dentist will provide a full range of dental services with the highest quality of care to ensure our patients have a positive, rewarding experience and leave with a smile.
The Ideal Associate for our team and practice is skilled in helping patients feel at ease and comfortable, can clearly communicate with both patients and coworkers, and work independently as needed.
Seawall Dental is a modern, boutique clinic located in a well-established community, right next to the beach in the beautiful village of Dundarave.

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:
High producing dental practice which means high earning potential Part-time position Permanent employment State-of-the-art technologies including iTero and CBCT/PAN scanner Opportunity to grow and be an equity partner in 123Dentist practices Mentorship and training for new graduates Experienced dental professionals that provide leadership and mentorship so you can learn and grow as a Dentist COMPENSATION:
Associates are compensated on a fee for service basis with remuneration starting from 35% collections and higher (depending on experience) SCHEDULE:
16-20 hours per week Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, with the potential to increase the days per week WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Program from an accredited school or university program, successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process.
Registered or in processing of registering with the British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals Eligible to practice dentistry in the province of British Columbia We are open to those currently registered with other Canadian province(s) Additional license or certificate might be required (CPR/BLS) 2-3 year of experience in practicing dentistry in Canada is preferred, but new graduates welcome with mentorship provided Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients' families_123Dentist is an equal opportunity employer.
