We are currently searching for a Bilingual Marketing Associate who is eager to take the lead and contribute to our high-performing, award-winning Marketing team.

We need a full-time Bilingual Marketing Associate who is fluent in English and French or Spanish.
The successful candidate will report to the Marketing Manager and be responsible for planning and executing customer-focused campaigns to support our clients' business objectives and target key decision-makers.
This includes developing marketing materials in multiple languages, navigating diverse linguistic landscapes, and fostering relationships with the local community.

The Bilingual Marketing Associate will also:

Promote, safeguard, and enhance our clients' brand reputation through direct communication with potential, new, and existing customers.
Collaborate with all departments and stakeholders to ensure consistency and relevance of marketing campaigns across different territories.
Execute and coordinate marketing campaigns, coordinating logistics, promotional materials, and communication strategies for events.
Prepare reports on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay informed about global trends, industry developments, and changes in consumer behavior across various language markets.

The Bilingual Marketing Associate Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in communications, marketing, and/or sales or a related degree.
Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English, French, and/or Spanish.
Knowledge of issues management and crisis communications response is an asset.
Strong understanding of marketing and sales principles and their impact on organizational goals.
Exceptional organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet targets and deadlines.
Excellent listening and analytical skills to effectively analyze and respond to customer needs and feedback.

Please note, this role is only for in-person work and requires Full-Time availability on weekdays.
