What You'll Do

Conduct personalized consultations to recommend insurance solutions that fit clients' needs
Build meaningful relationships through follow-ups, policy reviews, and claims support
Achieve performance goals with the support of industry-leading training and mentorship

What You Bring

Experience in customer service, problem-solving, and relationship-building
Hospitality or retail background is a bonus but not required
Willingness to obtain a provincial/state license (we'll help you get there)
Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and eager to grow your career
A passion for helping others and a strong work ethic
No industry experience? No problem. If you have the drive to succeed, we'll provide world-class training to help you thrive
