What you will be doing:

As a Data Analytics Engineer, you'll spearhead the collection, cleaning, and integration of data for analysis. Utilizing statistical techniques and machine learning, you'll extract insights and construct predictive models to steer our business strategy. Your expertise will extend to visualizing data for effective communication, optimizing processing pipelines, and ensuring governance/security protocols are upheld. Through close collaboration with various teams, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our future by delivering actionable insights that fuel growth.

Responsibilities:

Understand business requirements, determine relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and prepare visualization reports.
Gather data from various sources like databases, APIs, files, and streams, and ensure its integration into a suitable format for analysis.
Prepare the data for analysis by addressing inconsistencies, errors, and missing values to ensure its quality and reliability.
Employ statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to analyze data, identify patterns, trends, and insights, and develop predictive models for forecasting.
Present data effectively using charts, graphs, and dashboards to enhance understanding and aid decision-making processes.
Implement and maintain data governance policies and security measures to safeguard sensitive information and ensure compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Stay updated with the latest developments in data analytics, machine learning, and technology trends, and continuously improve skills and knowledge to enhance the effectiveness of data analytics solutions.

What you'll bring:

Skilled in quantitative research and statistical modeling for delivering insights.
Proficient in complex SQL queries and stored procedures with attention to detail.
Experienced in Client Relationship Management and multitasking in fast-paced environments.
6-9 years' hands-on experience in Report Development and Data Analysis.
Familiarity with GitHub and Visual Studios SSIS/SSRS for code management and reporting.
Proficient in Python for data manipulation, with knowledge of Power BI/Qlik.
Expertise in Data Lake architecture, Amazon Redshift, AWS services, and S3 for optimizing and managing large-scale data storage and analytics solutions.
Expertise in entire quantitative research process and statistical methods.
Expertise in creating and optimizing data models to ensure effective data management and analysis.
Ability to communicate data-driven stories effectively and achieve business outcomes.
Understanding of software development best practices and cloud technologies.
