Notre client est une entreprise évoluant dans le secteur des technologies de l'information et connaissant une croissance par acquisition des plus importantes.
Il cherche à embaucher un conseiller juridique dans le cadre d'un remplacement de congé de maternité.
Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les membres de la direction et les différentes unités internes et les conseillerez sur les divers enjeux juridiques découlant des activités quotidiennes et des transactions projetées.
Vous négocierez et rédigerez divers types de contrats, notamment des contrats de services, des licences, des contrats d'approvisionnement, etc.
Vous serez également impliqué dans le cadre de fusions et acquisitions, agissant alors comme personne ressource auprès des avocats externes et participerez à l'intégration des nouvelles entités.
Vous ferez la gestion des litiges, au besoin.
Vous avez le sens des affaires, êtes débrouillard et aimez évoluer dans un environnement dynamique et rythmé? Si vous avez de l'expérience pertinente en droit des affaires, êtes bilingue et membre du Barreau du Québec, nous aimerions vous parler.
