Regional Director

We are looking for an ambitious Regional Director who will build and lead a team of CFOs and book of business in Montreal.
This is a remote based role, but you must be within the region.

Experience in achieving sales goals within the SMB market.

In-depth understanding of the CFO role.

Organized, dependable, and driven by results.

CPA, or operational experience at CEO or COO level preferred

CFO experience preferred

Responsibilities

Spearhead business development initiatives, actively seeking and capitalizing on opportunities to expand our market presence and increase revenue streams.

Build and lead a team of experienced CFOs across the Montreal region, with a primary focus on delivering exceptional client experience and driving sales growth.

Cultivate and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction, maximize sales opportunities, and client retention by leveraging a proven track record of successful account management.

Drive the negotiation and execution of client contracts to establish lucrative new business ventures and partnerships.

Develop and implement growth-oriented strategies that align with our organizational objectives, leveraging market insights and industry trends to drive sustainable sales growth.

Provide dynamic leadership and mentorship to a team of fractional CFOs.

Analyze regional performance metrics and market trends to identify areas for improvement and devise actionable plans to optimize sales performance.

Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and enhance sales effectiveness, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

This role is a 100% commission based.
