Gérant de magasin

En tant que Gérant de magasin, vous faites partie intégrante de l'image de nos marques et de la performance de nos magasins.

Ce que vous ferez :

Vente et service à la clientèle

  • Maximiser les ventes du magasin et les indicateurs clés de performance pour atteindre les objectifs de vente du magasin.
  • Contrôler la surface de vente et la couverture des zones pour stimuler les ventes et maintenir un environnement centré sur le client.
  • Assurer un engagement proactif des clients en s'appuyant sur le CRM et en développant la base de données clients.
  • Inspirer et motiver l'équipe pour qu'elle soit performante et offre un service à la clientèle exceptionnel.

Leadership

  • Contrôler, développer et diriger l'équipe en créant un environnement positif dans lequel les membres participent, coopèrent et collaborent les uns avec les autres.
  • Établir des partenariats et collaborer efficacement avec la direction et les partenaires du siège social.
  • Rechercher, recruter, embaucher et développer activement des candidats de haut niveau qui représenteront Mackage en tant qu'ambassadeurs de la marque.
  • Gérer les tâches opérationnelles dans les délais impartis en ce qui concerne les rapports, la paie, les horaires et la gestion des stocks.
  • S'assurer que les politiques du magasin sont respectées et communiquées.
  • Réagir et s'adapter aux demandes changeantes de l'entreprise et créer des plans d'action relatifs aux opportunités afin de soutenir l'expérience du client tout en se concentrant sur l'excellence stratégique, opérationnelle et de leadership.
  • Effectuer des évaluations hebdomadaires, mensuelles et trimestrielles des performances au sein de l'équipe et gérer le taux de roulement du magasin afin de favoriser la fidélisation.

Opérations

  • Assurer une formation et un développement adéquats sur la connaissance des produits et la cérémonie de vente.
  • Veiller à l'entretien et à l'organisation des normes du magasin, tant à l'avant qu'à l'arrière.
  • Traiter efficacement les demandes, les préoccupations et les retours des clients.
  • Superviser les opérations quotidiennes tout en gérant les niveaux de stock et les meilleures pratiques en matière de prévention des pertes.

Ce qu'il vous faut :

  • Au moins cinq (5) ans d'expérience dans un environnement de vente au détail de mode et de luxe, dont trois (3) ans (au moins) en tant que gérant de magasin.
  • Solide leadership, orientation vers les résultats et sens aigu des affaires.
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication écrite et orale. Le multilinguisme est un atout.
  • Vous devez avoir une attitude centrée sur l'équipe et un état d'esprit proactif.
  • Compétences exemplaires en matière de vente, de formation et de service à la clientèle.
  • Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois, à organiser et à prioriser la charge de travail.
  • Connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office et des systèmes d'exploitation des points de vente.

Store Manager

As Store Manager, you are an integral part of our brands' image and store performance.

What you'll do:

Sales and customer service

  • Maximize the store sales and KPIs to achieve store sales targets.
  • Monitor sales floor and zone coverage to drive sales and maintain a customer focus centric environment.
  • Ensure proactive client engagement leveraging CRM and growing the clientele database.
  • Inspire and motivate the team to high performance and exceptional customer service.

Leadership

  • Monitor, develop and lead the team by showcasing a positive environment in which members participate, cooperate and collaborate with each other.
  • Partner and collaborate with management and HQ partners effectively.
  • Actively bench, recruit, hire and develop top tier candidates that will represent Mackage as brand ambassadors.
  • Manage operational tasks on time relating to reports, payroll, scheduling and inventory management.
  • Model and ensure store policies compliance are achieved and communicated.
  • Respond and adapt to changing demands of the business and create action plans relating to opportunities to support customer experience while focusing on strategic, operational, and leadership excellence.
  • Conduct weekly, monthly and quarterly performance evaluations within the team and manage the store turnover to support retention.

Operations

  • Provide proper training and development on product knowledge and selling ceremony.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and organization of the store standards front and back of house.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns and returns effectively.
  • Oversee the daily operations while managing inventory levels and loss prevention best practices.

What you'll need:

  • Minimum of five (5) years experience in a preferred fashion luxury retail environment, three (3) years (at least) as a store manager.
  • Strong leadership, result-oriented and solid business acumen.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Multilingual is a plus.
  • Must have a team centric attitude and proactive mindset.
  • Exemplary selling, training and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize workload.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and POS operating systems.
