Respond adequately to requests from clients and stakeholders involved in files by providing professional and courteous serviceHave the opportunity to learn and develop within a team that values customer satisfaction, performance, collaboration and innovationPropose suggestions and optimization ideas for the continuous improvement of our operationsPerform electronic fund transfers to notariesValidate preliminary reports received from notaries.

You will join a team of 30 people made up of Technical advisors and Senior clerks who handle legal expertise and mortgage disbursements.
You will report directly to the director Marie-Pier Desmarais.The work schedule is variable from monday to friday between 7:
30 a.m.
and 6 p.m.Prerequisites:
