Notre client est une firme d'ingénierie qui réalise des projets d'efficacité et de productivité énergétique.Ils sont actuellement à la recherce d'un(e) directeur(trice) de projets chevronné pour diriger son équipe de gestion de projet.-Réduction des coûts énergétiques;-Réduction de l'empreinte environnementale;-Améliorer gestion des serviceset procédés.-Projet de valorisation et d'efficacité énergétique;-Mise en place d'un système de gestion de l'énergie (SGE):
Il contribue à la préparation des offres de services avec l'équipe projet:
Estimation des coûts des travauxAnalyse des exigences clientsRédaction de l'offre de serviceFaisabilité et échéanciersIdentification des sous-traitantsRéalisation, construction, installation, démarrage:
Il soutient les gestionnaires de projet pour assurer:
Respect des budgets et échéanciersMaintien d'un climat productif entre les intervenants sur le projet (client, fournisseurs et sous- traitants)Coordonne avec le client les étapes de réalisation et l'équipe projetEffectue le suivi du contratQUALIFICATIONS REQUISESIngénieur mécanique ou civil; baccalauréat en génie;Expérience minimum de 10 ans en gestion de projets,préférablement en milieuindustriel et en gestion d'équipe;Expérience en gestionde personnel;Connaissance des outils de gestion de projets;Connaissance du domainede la constructionSalaire :
