Il /elle doit être un gestionnaire de terrain avec de l'expérience dans une entreprise dont l'humain est au cœur des opérations et avoir une grande capacité de développer son personnel à l'interne.
Le/ la directeur d'usine doit avoir de solides habiletés stratégiques, opérationnelles et aussi, en matière d'engagement du personnel.
Il /elle doit inspirer son équipe !L'usine de Montréal entrepose, fabrique et expédie quotidiennement plus de mille stores sur mesure.
L'usine de 100 000 pieds carrés emploie plus de 100 personnes et dessert toutes salles de montre, service à domicile et le commerce en ligne.
Dans votre rôle, vous devrez :
Définir les priorités opérationnelles et établir une matrice de performance.
Établir et contrôler la réalisation des objectifs de production tout en soutenant les superviseurs afin qu'ils comprennent comment résoudre les problèmes.

Vous êtes l'ambassadeur(drice) du changement !Promouvoir la polyvalence des employés et s'assurer de leur développement de carrière à travers l'usine.
Accompagner l'équipe de direction pour qu'elle devienne une source d'influence positive à travers la compagnie.
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les RH pour contribuer à maintenir un climat harmonieux et une excellente rétention du personnel.
Identifier, standardiser et documenter les processus clés afin de garantir la réalisation des objectifs de production.
Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration pour chacun des départements de l'entreprise et coordonner la mise en œuvre des projets sélectionnés.
Créer des outils pour simplifier le travail quotidien des superviseurs.
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de maintenance et l'équipe TI pour s'assurer que les projets avancent rapidement !Travailler avec les ingénieurs de l'équipe de développement de produits pour concevoir et mettre en place de nouveaux produits.
Être un véritable partenaire de l'équipe P&D!Ce que nous recherchonsMinimum de 10 ans d'expérience en gestion dans un environnement de production.
De préférence, avec une expérience dans différents rôles dans une usine.

The Montreal manufacturing facility warehouses, fabricates and ships one thousand custom-made blinds and shades daily.
The 100,000 square feet facility employs more than 100 employees and services all BTG showrooms, shop-at-home, and ecommerce.
In your role, you will:
• Set operating priorities and establish performance matrix.
• Establish and monitor the achievement of production goals and support the supervisors to help them understand how to solve the problem…at source.
We don't want a temporary solution!
• Coach supervisors to develop their talent and grow with us.
Whatever their next role is, it's up to you to see to their development.
You must serve as the lead people development manager for the plant.
• Be an ambassador of change.
You need to be seen as a person who improves the conditions of the people at the plant and brings a breath of fresh air with a human approach.
• Promote cross-training and career progression throughout the plant.
• Coach the management team to be a positive source of influence leading their teams by example.
• Work closely with HR to help maintain a harmonious climate and keep an excellent retention.
• Identify, document and standardize key processes to ensure production objectives are met.
• Identify improvement opportunities for each of the company's departments and coordinate the implementation of the selected projects.
• Create tools to simplify the day-to-day work of supervisors.
We will need to work closely with the maintenance and IT team to ensure that projects move quickly and that we see real permanent change!
• Work with product development team and engineers to design and layout new product lines and identify and develop needed internal capabilities required to introduce new products.
Be a true partner to R&D team.

• Minimum of 10 years management experience in a production environment.
Holding a cross-section of functional roles preferred.
• Someone who loves mentoring and developing people in a production environment.
