Les résidences sont localisé tout près des stations de métro Préfontaine et D'Iberville.
Nous sommes à la recherche de deux cuisinier(ère)s temps plein, une fin de semaine sur deux pour notre résidence.
RÔLE ET RESPONSABILITÉS GÉNÉRALES:
Veiller au maintien de la propreté de la cuisine et des équipements selon les normes d'hygiène et de salubrité
Collaborer à la préparation des menus en proposant ses idées
Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes
Participer au montage des assiettes
Planifier et effectuer la cuisson des aliments selon des méthodes appropriées
S'assurer d'optimiser l'utilisation des denrées dans le respect des standards de qualité
Se soucier de la propreté du matériel et des espaces de travail
Éplucher et couper les légumes pour les repas
EXPÉRIENCE ET QUALIFICATIONS:
Bon joueur d'équipe
Diplôme d'études professionnel (DEP) en cuisine d'établissement ou l'équivalent
5 années d'expérience pertinente en restauration
