L'Assistant/e Brand Manager soutiendra le Brand Manager dans le développement et la gestion de marques phares du portefeuille de l'entreprise.
Le titulaire de ce poste participera à la mise en œuvre de stratégies marketing, analysera les données de marché et contribuera à des projets clés pour renforcer la notoriété des marques.
Ce rôle est idéal pour une personne organisée, analytique et passionnée par le marketing dans un environnement dynamique.Responsabilités principales :
Soutien à la stratégie de marque :
Collaborer avec le Brand Manager pour développer des stratégies marketing visant à atteindre les objectifs de croissance et de notoriété des marques.Analyser les tendances du marché et les comportements des consommateurs pour identifier les opportunités de croissance.Participer à la planification et à l'exécution des initiatives marketing, y compris les campagnes publicitaires, les promotions et les activités digitales.Gestion de projets marketing :
Planifier et gérer le lancement de nouveaux produits / rénovations de produits, en veillant à leur succès sur le marché.
Coordonner la mise en œuvre de projets marketing, en veillant au respect des délais et des budgets.Superviser les collaborations avec les agences externes pour la création de contenu, les visuels et les campagnes publicitaires.Analyse et suivi de la performance :
Analyser les performances des marques à l'aide de données de ventes, d'études de marché et d'outils analytiques (ex.
:
Nielsen, IRI).Préparer des rapports réguliers sur les indicateurs de performance clés (KPI) et proposer des recommandations pour optimiser les résultats.Assurer une veille concurrentielle pour identifier les opportunités de marché et anticiper les tendances.Gestion opérationnelle quotidienne :
Collaborer avec les équipes internes (R&D, opérations, finance) pour garantir la cohérence et la qualité des projets.Participer à l'élaboration des matériaux promotionnels (brochures, fiches produits, publicités en ligne).Soutenir le Brand Manager dans les tâches administratives liées au marketing, y compris la gestion des budgets et des fournisseurs.Exigences du poste :
Formation académique :
Diplôme universitaire en marketing, communication, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe.Expérience professionnelle :
Environ 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire en marketing, idéalement dans le secteur agroalimentaire ou FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods).Compétences et qualifications :
Bonne compréhension des principes de gestion de marque et de marketing stratégique.Excellentes compétences en analyse et capacité à interpréter des données quantitatives et qualitatives.Maîtrise d'Excel, PowerPoint et des outils ERP ou CRM est un atout (ex.

SAP, Salesforce).Connaissance des spécificités du marché canadien (ex.
