Principales responsabilités :

-Cycle complet des comptes fournisseurs, y compris le traitement des factures, le codage, les approbations et les paiements

- Examination et rapprochement des relevés et les comptes des fournisseurs

- Préparation et traitement des paiements, en veillant à ce que les fournisseurs soient payés dans les délais

- Assistance aux processus de clôture du mois et de l'année

- Écritures au journal

- Régularisations et rapprochements liés aux comptes payables

- Rapports sur la TPS/TVQ

- Aide à la préparation des CAM

Qualifications :

-DEC, AEC, DEP, certificat ou baccalauréat en comptabilité

- Au moins 3 ans d'expérience

- Expérience confirmée dans un rôle de technicien comptable principal ou leader, de préférence dans le secteur de l'immobilier ou dans un secteur similaire

This transition marks an exciting chapter in our journey, and we are seeking a skilled Senior Accounting Technician to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

-Full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, coding, approvals, and payments

- Review and reconcile vendor statements and accounts

- Preparation and process payments, ensuring timely payments to vendors

- Assistance with month-end and year-end close processes

- Journal entries

- AP-related accruals and reconciliations

- GST/QST reports

- Help prepare CAM

Qualifications:

- DEC, AEC, DEP, certificate or Bachelor's degree in accounting

- At least 3 years of experience

- Proven experience in a senior or lead accounting technician role, preferably in a real estate or similar industry
