Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share growth targets.Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to deliver high performance.Set and monitor sales objectives, quotas, and KPIs for the team.Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.Serve as the primary contact for major accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including pastry shops, bakeries, and other foodservice providers.Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new products to existing accounts.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with key clients.Requirements:
