En tant qu'ingénieur, vous aurez comme mandat principal de réaliser des mandats en automation pour nos clients. Plus précisément, vous aurez à :
Recueillir les éléments d'entrées nécessaires à la réalisation des mandats ;
Superviser et approuver la conception de dessins électriques pour des panneaux industriels de commandes ;
Analyser des spécifications techniques de diverses composantes ou d'équipements ;
Fournir l'expertise technique au cours de la réalisation des mandats ;
Programmer tous types d'automates programmables et d'interfaces opérateurs ;
Établir des diagnostics pour améliorer des systèmes ou résoudre des problématiques ;
S'assurer du respect des normes, codes et procédures en vigueur ;
Procéder à des relevés en usine ;
Rédiger des descriptions fonctionnelles, des rapports d'essais, des manuels d'utilisations, des listes de déficiences ou autres documents ;
Participer, au besoin, aux vérifications pré-opérationnelles et aux mises en service (FAT ou SAT) ;
Donner de la formation aux employés du client ;
Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.
Détenir un diplôme d'études universitaires dans le domaine du génie électrique, de la production automatisée ou toutes autres formations pertinente ;
3 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire ;
Être membre de l'Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec à titre d'ingénieur ou d'ingénieure ;
Connaissances en programmation d'automates Rockwell, Siemens et autres ;
Connaissances en programmation d'interfaces opérateurs (HMI) Rockwell, Siemens, Ignition ou autres (atout) ;
Connaissances en sécurité machine (atout) ;
Connaissances du Code Canadien de l'Électricité, du Code de construction du Québec - Chapitre V - Électricité et des normes CSA et UL s'appliquant aux panneaux industriels de commande ;
Avoir une bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, parlé et écrit pour communiquer avec nos partenaires hors Québec ;
Être disponible à se déplacer chez nos clients ;
Faire preuve de rigueur ;
Veiller à la qualité du travail ;
Avoir le souci du détail ;
Sens de l'organisation ;
Habileté en planification.
