VUE D'ENSEMBLE La tâche première du représentant est d'agir comme support aux ventes, faire le lien avec la comptabilité pour les clients, assurer le suivi des équipements et maintenir à jour nos applications opérationnelle.

RESPONSABILITÉS Supporter dans la rentabilité des routes.
Par l'élaboration et le maintien de KPI, la production de rapports et l'apport de solutions en lien avec les résultats.
Répondre et analyser les demandes de facturation.
Faire les corrections lorsque nécessaire (crédit et ou ajustements) Répondre aux problématiques de cueillettes et les suivre jusqu'à résolution.
Planifier cueillettes selon les demandes de nos clients.
Traiter les demandes de déchiquetage.
Faire la réception des factures, vérification et soumettre pour approbation.
Assurer le maintien des données propres aux systèmes, validation des clients, les adresses courriels etc.
Supporter les représentants des ventes.
Prendre les actions nécessaires pour les événements à nos entrepôts avec nos partenaires.
Traiter la fermeture de la fin de mois.
Plateforme utiliser :
- CRM - Progression Live, gestion des routes - Système de l'optimisation des routes - Système de facturation.
QUALIFICATIONS •DEC en transport ou tout domaine connexe.
•Un minimum de trois (3) années d'expérience pertinente.
COMPÉTENCES ET HABILETÉS Avoir un souci pour le service à la clientèle.
Faire preuve d'entregent, d'autonomie, de gestion de stress et avoir des capacités à travailler en équipe.
Détenir des connaissances minimales en comptabilité ainsi qu'un anglais de niveau avancé.
LANGUES Bilinguisme.
La connaissance de l'anglais est requise pour ce poste spécifique, car Kruger fait affaire avec des partenaires partout en Amérique du Nord et le candidat retenu devra communiquer fréquemment avec ces derniers.
Kruger a pris tous les moyens raisonnables pour éviter d'imposer la connaissance de l'anglais, notamment en évaluant les besoins linguistiques réels associés aux tâches à accomplir, en s'assurant que les connaissances linguistiques déjà requises des autres membres du personnel étaient insuffisantes pour l'exercice de ces fonctions et en limitant autant que possible le nombre de postes comportant des fonctions dont l'exercice requiert la connaissance de l'anglais.
