DESCRIPTION DU POSTE: La Résidence Manoir Outremont est une résidence située en plein coeur de Montréal. C'est grâce à notre bon travail d'équipe et notre rigueur que nous pouvons offrir un milieu de vie sain et sécuritaire à tous nos résidents et employés
Le/la Directeur(trice) de la maintenance est responsable de coordonner les activités d'entretien et de maintenance dans la résidence. Il/elle est responsable des réquisitions, des appels d'urgence et veille au maintien d'un lieu propre et sécuritaire pour les résidents. Il/elle accomplit aussi divers travaux en lien avec la maintenance de l'immeuble tels que peinture, plâtrage, pose de céramique, petits travaux de menuiserie, changement de luminaire ou de robinetterie et installations diverses.
Dans le cadre de ses fonctions, il/elle peut être amené(e) à soulever des charges lourdes.
Poste permanent à temps plein, 40 heures par semaine du lundi au vendredi de 07h30 à 15h30 et les fins de semaines au besoin.
RÔLE ET RESPONSABILITÉS GÉNÉRALES:
Assurer un service à la clientèle efficace et répondant à leur besoin
Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes à ses fonctions et à la demande de son supérieur immédiat.
En tout temps, veiller au respect des normes SIMDUT ainsi que des règles en matière de santé et sécurité pour les employés et les résidents
Faire l'inventaire des produits et des matériaux, et procéder aux commandes nécessaires dans les temps
Gérer les réquisitions et répondre aux urgences
Intégrer, former et évaluer son personnel
Mobiliser, gérer et coordonner le travail de l'équipe de l'entretien et de la maintenance de la résidence
Participer à la préparation du budget annuel et prendre en charge le suivi des dépenses
Planifier, organiser et contrôler les travaux de maintenance incluant ceux en sous-traitance
Procéder à l'entretien des équipements de climatisation, ventilation et chauffage de la résidence
Préparer des soumissions préliminaires des projets d'entretien et de réparation qui doivent être donner en externe
S'assurer que les appartements vacants sont propres et en excellent état avant les prochaines locations
EXPÉRIENCE ET QUALIFICATIONS:
Formation professionnelle en entretien général d'immeuble (un atout)
Formation en santé et sécurité au travail
Formation SIMDUT
Expérience minimale de 5 ans en travaux manuels mineurs (peinture, électricité, menuiserie, plomberie)
Expérience en gestion de personnel
Détient un permis de conduire valide
