Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) gestionnaire support technique dynamique et technique pour rejoindre notre équipe.
Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la satisfaction de nos clients, principalement des développeurs de jeux vidéo, en veillant à ce qu'ils utilisent notre plateforme avec succès pour faciliter le développement de jeux multi-joueurs.
Au croisé du monde technique et du produit, le candidat aura la possibilité de prendre le contrôle de la création des fonctionnalités de la plateforme, et d'influencer le future de l'entreprise.Qualifications requises :
Solide compréhension technique du développement de jeux vidéo multi-joueurs.
Expérience ou connaissance pratique des intégrations techniques et des outils de développement de jeux; engin Unity et Unreal
Connaissance en infrastructure de jeux multi-joueurs; i.e.
Matchmaker, serveur de jeux, infra cloud.
Compétences exceptionnelles en communication en français et en anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit.
Capacité à travailler efficacement avec des équipes techniques et des développeurs.
Aptitude à analyser les besoins des clients et à les traduire en spécifications techniques pour l'équipe de développement.
Disponibilité pour se déplacer sur la Rive-Sud de Montréal.

Rive-Sud de Montréal Responsabilités principales :
Comprendre en profondeur le fonctionnement de notre plateforme afin d'assister efficacement les clients.
Accompagner les clients lors de l'intégration technique de la plateforme à leurs projets.
Agir comme point de contact principal pour les clients, en établissant une relation de confiance et en répondant à leurs besoins techniques.
Recueillir les commentaires des clients et collaborer avec l'équipe de développement pour identifier les améliorations et les nouvelles fonctionnalités nécessaires à la plateforme.
Participer à des réunions régulières avec les clients pour assurer un suivi proactif et résoudre tout problème potentiel.
Communiquer de manière claire et efficace avec des clients situés dans un environnement bilingue (français et anglais).
Travailler sur place dans nos bureaux situés sur la Rive-Sud de Montréal.
