Principales fonctions :
Dans votre rôle de conseiller(ère) service à la clientèle et au nom de notre client, vous aurez à répondre aux appels entrants de la clientèle desservie.
En plus d'effectuer des appels sortants auprès d'une clientèle ciblée afin de proposer des produits saisonniers ou pour fixer des rendez-vous d'entretiens d'équipements.
Finalement, dans votre rôle de répartiteur(trice) technique, vous suivrez une équipe d'environ 35 techniciens via un système informatique avec l'objectif de répondre aux besoins de la clientèle et/ou des techniciens.
Responsabilités :
Répondre au téléphone et être en mesure de gérer de grandes quantités d'appels entrants; Offrir un support aux clients; Identifier et évaluer les besoins des clients pour atteindre la satisfaction; Fournir des informations précises, valides et complètes en utilisant les bonnes méthodes/outils; Conseiller la clientèle en lien avec les produits et services offerts; Recevoir, comprendre et traiter les demandes des clients et trouver des solutions aux problèmes rencontrés par la clientèle; Appliquer les processus en place; Suivre les procédures de communication, les directives et les politiques; Atteindre les objectifs de ventes de l'équipe de service à la clientèle/personnel et les quotas de traitement des appels; Prendre les appels techniciens en débordement (support à la répartition technique); Planifier et répartir les appels de service et d'entretien pour une flotte mobile comprenant environ 35 techniciens (répartition technique en charge); Prise en charge de toute autre tâche connexe.
Conditions de travail Incitatifs à la vente et plateau de bonification versés mensuellement pour toutes les offres croisées réussies; 20.50 $/ heure après la période probatoire réussie.
