V2V Technologies est un leader dans le développement de solutions logicielles pour la gestion de garages et d'ateliers de mécanique, avec notre produit phare, GEM-CAR.
Nous cherchons un comptable expérimenté, passionné par la technologie, qui saura non seulement gérer des aspects comptables complexes, mais aussi aider nos clients à maîtriser nos solutions logicielles.En tant que comptable chez V2V Technologies, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le support à la clientèle en assurant une intégration fluide de nos solutions logicielles comptables dans leurs opérations.
Ce poste hybride nécessite des compétences comptables avancées ainsi que la capacité de former et de soutenir nos clients pour leur permettre de tirer le meilleur parti de nos outils, que ce soit via des appels téléphoniques ou des vidéoconférences.
Responsabilités principales :
Support Comptable :
Fournir une assistance technique en comptabilité à nos clients utilisateurs de GEM-CAR, en résolvant des questions de comptabilité liées à l'utilisation de nos logiciels.
Formation Client :
Animer des sessions de formation (téléphonique et vidéoconférence) pour aider nos clients à comprendre et à utiliser efficacement les fonctionnalités comptables de GEM-CAR.
Configuration Logiciel :
Accompagner les clients dans la mise en place de modules comptables (GEM-BOOKS) et d'autres solutions connexes pour répondre à leurs besoins spécifiques.
Documentation et Suivi :
Documenter les procédures comptables, créer des guides d'utilisation personnalisés et assurer un suivi proactif pour garantir la satisfaction client.
Collaboration Interne :
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de développement pour améliorer les fonctionnalités comptables et fournir des retours clients pertinents.
Compétences et Qualifications Requises :
Expérience en comptabilité :
Baccalauréat en comptabilité ou en finance, avec une expérience pratique d'au moins 3 ans en comptabilité.
Maîtrise des logiciels comptables :
Une connaissance des logiciels comptables et une aisance à adopter de nouvelles technologies sont essentielles.
Excellentes compétences en communication :
Capacité à vulgariser les concepts techniques et comptables pour un public non-expert.
Expérience en formation client :
Expérience avérée dans la formation ou l'assistance client, idéalement dans le secteur des logiciels ou des technologies.
Autonomie et organisation :
Capacité à gérer plusieurs clients et formations de façon autonome et structurée.
