Soutien à la Gestion de la Trésorerie Assister à la surveillance quotidienne et à la production de rapports sur la position de trésorerie de l'entreprise.
Suivre les soldes de trésorerie sur les différents comptes bancaires, en veillant à la liquidité suffisante pour les opérations quotidiennes Réconciliation des Comptes Bancaires Effectuer des réconciliations de plusieurs comptes bancaires et aider à résoudre les écarts.
Veiller à ce que toutes les transactions soient correctement enregistrées dans les systèmes financiers de l'entreprise.
Aider à la documentation et à la préparation des rapports mensuels de trésorerie pour examen par la direction Production de Rapports de Trésorerie Maintenir des archives précises des transactions de trésorerie et des activités associées.
Générer des rapports pour suivre et analyser les frais bancaires, les taux d'intérêt et l'exposition aux devises.
Analyse des Risques Financiers Soutenir la surveillance de l'exposition aux risques de change et de taux d'intérêt.
Aider à la collecte de données et à la réalisation d'analyses de base pour les stratégies de couverture.
Aider à suivre et à rendre compte des positions de risque financier de l'entreprise et des activités associées Amélioration des Processus Aider à identifier des domaines d'amélioration des processus au sein des opérations de trésorerie.
Contribuer à la rationalisation des rapports et des processus de gestion de la trésorerie pour améliorer l'efficacité.
Participer à des projets de trésorerie visant à améliorer les flux de travail et à automatiser les tâches manuelles Analyse Financière Ad-Hoc Soutenir l'équipe dans diverses analyses et projets ponctuels selon les besoins.
Aider à la préparation des supports pour les réunions internes, les présentations ou les rapports.
Qualifications :
Baccalauréat en Finance, Comptabilité, Économie ou domaine similaire.
Une solide formation académique est essentielle.
Plus de 5 ans d'expérience pertinente en trésorerie, finance ou comptabilité.
Une première expérience dans la production de rapports financiers, la gestion de trésorerie ou la comptabilité est un plus.
Les stages ou les expériences à temps partiel dans la finance ou la trésorerie sont fortement appréciés.
Solides compétences numériques et analytiques avec un souci du détail.
Maîtrise de Microsoft Excel et d'autres outils financiers (par exemple, modélisation financière ou systèmes ERP).
Connaissance de base des marchés financiers, de la gestion de trésorerie ou des principes comptables.
Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
