Être Estimateur.trice chez Michaudville c'est :
Effectuer le calcul des soumissions;
Vérifier la conformité des soumissions et des documents joints;
Maintenir à jour les liste de prix des différents fournisseurs et sous-traitants;
Présenter et transférer les contrats obtenus aux gérant de projets;
Vigie des nouveaux fournisseurs et sous-traitants;
Soutenir l'adjointe aux soumissions lors de la rédaction;
Soutenir les chargés de projets lors du démarrage d'un nouveau contrat;
Faire des visites de chantier;
Qualifications & Connaissances :
Baccalauréat en génie civil ou technique en génie civil;
Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire;
Connaissance des travaux d'égouts et d'aqueducs, de voirie, de béton et de pavage;
Connaissance du logiciel TPL (un atout important);
Maitrise de la suite Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
Maîtrise de la langue française, parlée et écrite;
Bonne connaissance de la langue anglaise, parlée et écrite;
Avoir de l'initiative et un bon sens de l'organisation ;
Excellente capacité à gérer ses priorités ;
Capacité à travailler sous pression ;
Aptitude pour la résolution de problèmes & la négociation ;
Esprit d'équipe et attitude positive.
