10 Deware Drive, Moncton, New Brunswick, E1H 2S6Are you ready to take the lead in shaping the future of pharmacy operations? We're seeking a seasoned Director of Operations (Site Head) to oversee the continued management of our Central Pharmacy Services (CPS) operations site.
In this dynamic role, you'll have the accountability to oversee multiple central fill solutions that are vital in supporting pharmacies across the province.At Central Pharmacy Services, we enable the Future of Pharmacy.
Shoppers Drug Mart is going through a historical transformation that will eventually change healthcare as we know it in Canada.
The CPS team is at the center of this exciting change.
We are building the most streamlined and versatile central fill network in the country and we're looking for colleagues who can help us make it a reality.
What You'll Do:
Manage all functions of the site operationsEnsure the employees, facility and systems are appropriate to safely manage the demands associated with the operationsFulfill obligations for maintaining the site's compliance to all company and regulatory requirements, policies and proceduresChampion operational excellence by driving process improvements across the organization With a focus on people, attract and retain talent to ensure the right skills are in place to deliver business growth and the desired customer experienceBuild a patient-safety culture that engages colleagues and ensure incidents and pertinent near-misses are handled effectively in an appropriate timeframeAccountable for the site P&L, play a crucial role in business forecasting, resource planning and tracking of business metricsFoster strong internal and external relationships to support teamwork and key strategic alliancesWhat You'll Bring:
5+ years of related leadership experience within a healthcare or manufacturing environmentTrack record in successfully leading multi-stakeholder projectsTrack record of delivering Continuous Improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologyAbility to align and lead the organization while upholding company valuesExperience building strong partner relationships while ensuring contracts and commitments are achievedComfort leading a dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities in a regulated setting
