The salary range is $60-70k with a substantial bonus.

Description

Hospitality Leadership:
Embody the spirit of hospitality, creating an environment where every guest feels welcomed and valued. Serve as the face of the restaurant, fostering positive guest relationships and ensuring a warm, energetic atmosphere.
Team Development:
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of 50-60+ staff members. Lead by example to build a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee daily operations, including food and beverage service, guest experience, and adherence to brand standards.
Financial Management:
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting, balancing profitability with guest satisfaction. Develop an understanding of financial and business metrics to support strategic decision-making.
Community Engagement:
Represent the restaurant in the community, building relationships and driving guest traffic through outside sales, networking, and event participation.
Event Management:
Collaborate with the Events Manager to oversee five banquet spaces (50-250 seats each) and ensure seamless execution of private events and banquets.

Requirements

Proven Leadership:
A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in restaurant management, preferably in high-volume, premium casual dining environments.
Hospitality Focus:
A natural ability to connect with people and create memorable guest experiences. You understand that hospitality is an active, practiced art.
Team-First Mentality:
Strong leadership skills with a focus on teaching, coaching, and empowering teams to succeed.
Business Acumen:
Some financial and operational knowledge, with the willingness to learn and grow in this area if necessary.
Self-Starter:
Highly motivated, independent, and proactive in driving results and problem-solving.
Event Experience:
Knowledge of event planning and execution is highly desirable, as this role includes overseeing banquet operations.

Corporate Culture

Bonus Potential:
Up to $25,000 in the first year, paid quarterly and annually.
