This role offers a unique opportunity to grow, develop new skills, and shape your career path. Reporting to the Lead Project Engineer for North American sales, you will play a critical role in ensuring project success from conception to completion.

What You'll Do

Learn by Doing:

Dive into the world of project management with hands-on guidance and mentorship.
Collaborate with customers, internal teams, and factory stakeholders to understand the full project lifecycle.

Support and Grow:

Assist in creating shop drawings, manufacturing details, and product documentation with opportunities to develop advanced technical skills.
Help the sales team coordinate samples, perform quantity takeoffs, and prepare accurate quotations.

Contribute and Innovate:

Take ownership of timelines and milestones for factory orders, working proactively to keep projects on track.
Offer ideas and fresh perspectives to optimize processes and improve project outcomes.

Make an Impact:

Participate in all stages of project execution, from purchase order to final installation, ensuring successful delivery of innovative solutions.
Provide valuable feedback to support new product development initiatives and market growth strategies.

Familiarity with software like Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, or CAD tools such as AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks, or Revit is a plus.
Any experience in project management, construction, or product design is welcome, but we'll teach you what you need to succeed.
