As an Office Coordinator, you will be the backbone of the office, providing essential administrative support, managing office logistics, and creating a welcoming and efficient workspace for the teams.

Responsibilities

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies and equipment
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation
Support team members with special projects and initiatives

Qualifications

At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar role
High level of communication skills both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
