This role offers a competitive salary of $55,000 per year, plus bonus incentives. As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining operational excellence in retail stores, including effective loss prevention, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
You'll support the Store Manager in team development and hold the team accountable to their potential. Your goal will be to provide the best customer experience possible, focusing on building team confidence and driving sales.
