À titre de chef de quart chez Starbucks, vous aiderez le gérant dans la réalisation des activités du magasin durant vos quarts de travail.
À titre de chef d'équipe, vous déploierez les partenaires et attribuerez les tâches afin d'offrir l'expérience Starbucks à la clientèle en lui proposant un service rapide, des boissons et produits de qualité et en gardant l'environnement du magasin propre et agréable.
Vous devrez servir de modèle et agir conformément aux principes directeurs de Starbucks.
Mieux encore, vous ferez partie d'une entreprise qui se classe continuellement parmi les meilleurs milieux de travail et où les partenaires aiment ce qu'ils font.
Sommaire des principales responsabilités Les responsabilités et les principales fonctions du poste comprennent, sans s'y limiter, ce qui suit:
Agir avec intégrité, honnêteté et connaissance afin de promouvoir la culture, les valeurs et la mission de Starbucks.
Rester calme durant les périodes d'achalandage élevé ou lors d'événements inhabituels pour maintenir le rendement habituel tout en montrant le bon exemple à l'équipe.
Anticiper les besoins des clients et du magasin en évaluant de façon continue l'environnement et les clients afin de déceler des indices.
Communiquer avec le gérant afin que l'équipe puisse agir et créer le troisième lieu lors de chaque quart de travail.
Participer à la formation des nouveaux partenaires par un renforcement positif de la performance avec respect et encouragement, au besoin.
Apporter une rétroaction au gérant du magasin sur la performance des partenaires pendant leur quart.
Contribuer à un esprit d'équipe positif en sachant reconnaître les signaux d'alerte et les changements dans le moral et la performance de l'équipe, et en faire part au gérant.
Créer un environnement d'apprentissage positif au moyen d'un encadrement et d'une rétroaction qui sont clairs, précis, respectueux et donnés en temps opportun aux partenaires pendant le quart de travail, afin d'atteindre l'excellence opérationnelle et améliorer la performance des partenaires.
Offrir un service légendaire à la clientèle en accordant toujours la priorité au client et en établissant un lien avec lui.
Découvrir les besoins du client et y répondre.
Développer des relations positives avec l'équipe sur le plancher en comprenant les motivations, les préoccupations et les besoins de chacun, et en s'y attardant.
Effectuer les opérations du magasin pendant les quarts prévus à l'horaire.
Organiser les tâches d'ouverture et de fermeture telles qu'elles ont été attribuées.
Suivre les procédures et politiques opérationnelles de Starbucks, comprenant la manipulation d'argent liquide ainsi que la santé et la sécurité au travail pour assurer la sécurité des partenaires durant leur quart.
Suivre les politiques de manipulation d'argent et de caisse et s'assurer que les pratiques à cet effet sont bien suivies par l'équipe en fonction.
Faire le suivi auprès des baristas pendant le quart pour s'assurer de donner un service légendaire à tous les clients.
Être présent et ponctuel de manière régulière.
Produire continuellement des boissons de qualité, du café moulu et de la nourriture pour tous les clients en suivant les recettes établies et les normes de présentation.
Suivre les consignes de santé, de sécurité et de salubrité pour tous les produits.
Reconnaître et renforcer les réalisations de chaque employé et celles de l'équipe en utilisant les outils organisationnels existants ainsi qu'en collaborant avec le gérant de magasin pour trouver de nouvelles méthodes innovantes et efficaces de reconnaissance.
Utiliser les outils opérationnels pour atteindre l'excellence opérationnelle durant le quart.
