Sous la supervision du Directeur TI, le titulaire du poste de Chargé de projets corporatifs joue un rôle stratégique dans la gestion et la coordination des initiatives de transformation et d'amélioration au sein de l'entreprise. Ce poste est essentiel pour assurer la cohérence, l'efficacité et l'avancement des projets à travers les diverses divisions de l'organisation. En tant que Chargé de projets corporatifs, le titulaire sera responsable de la gestion du portefeuille de projets, de la gouvernance des projets ainsi que de la collaboration avec les différentes parties prenantes pour mener à bien des projets d'envergure.
Le Chargé de projets corporatifs évolue dans un environnement dynamique où l'innovation et l'amélioration continue sont au cœur des stratégies de l'entreprise. Le titulaire sera amené à structurer et animer la gouvernance de projets, favorisant ainsi la cohérence des pratiques de gestion de projets. En plus de ces responsabilités, le Chargé de projets corporatifs gérera un ensemble de projets stratégiques, collaborant avec des équipes de différentes divisions pour atteindre les objectifs communs.

Tâches et responsabilités
Gérer le portefeuille de projets de l'entreprise, en assurant le suivi, la priorisation et l'alignement avec les objectifs stratégiques.
Mettre en place et animer la gouvernance de projets, incluant la préparation des réunions, la documentation des processus et le suivi des décisions.
Proposer et implémenter des améliorations continues dans la gouvernance de projets afin de maximiser l'efficacité des processus.
Coordonner et diriger des projets corporatifs impliquant des parties prenantes internes et externes, en fonction des besoins et des priorités organisationnelles.
Assurer le suivi et la gestion des risques, en identifiant les obstacles potentiels et en recommandant des solutions pour les atténuer.
Communiquer régulièrement avec le comité de direction et les équipes projet pour assurer la transparence et la progression des projets.
Préparer des rapports d'avancement, des analyses de performance et des bilans post-projet pour informer des réussites et des points à améliorer.
Assurer la gestion du changement, en facilitant l'adoption des nouvelles pratiques et en soutenant les équipes dans la transition.
Assurer une veille des meilleures pratiques en gestion de projets et proposer leur adoption, lorsque pertinent.

Qualifications
Détenir un baccalauréat en administration des affaires ou en gestion de projets ou dans un domaine connexe OU équivalent avec de l'expérience professionnelle
Posséder une expérience minimale de 3 ans dans un poste similaire
Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projets (ex. : Microsoft Project, Jira, etc.) et des outils de collaboration (ex. : Teams, SharePoint).
Excellentes compétences en gestion de projets, incluant la planification, le suivi et la gestion des priorités.
Forte capacité de communication, tant en français qu'en anglais, avec un sens aigu de la diplomatie et des relations interpersonnelles.
Excellente capacité à collaborer et à travailler en équipe, en favorisant la communication et la coopération entre les parties prenantes pour atteindre des objectifs communs.
Compétence avérée en animation de réunions de gouvernance et en facilitation de discussions stratégiques.
Capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes pour anticiper les défis et proposer des solutions adaptées.
Orientation vers l'amélioration continue et l'optimisation des processus.
Axé sur l'atteinte des résultats, avec une capacité à réaliser les objectifs fixés tout en respectant les délais et les ressources disponibles.
Autonomie, sens de l'organisation et rigueur dans la gestion des tâches.
