The opportunity

The Business Coordinator provides outstanding customer service through the development of relationships and delivery of administrative support by preparing, auditing, and processing lease documentation.

Communicate. Coordinate. Action. Repeat! Enter credit applications, ensuring data integrity and service level agreements are met
Engage & interact directly with Vendors, Lessees and Account Managers to provide timely support and exceptional customer service while uncovering needs, countering, overcoming obstacles, providing quotes & communicating credit decisions
Coordinate, prepare, audit, and distribute accurate lease documentation
Ensure timely follow-up by obtaining required documentation
Conduct audits prior to funding leasing documentation, confirming all applicable standards and policies apply
Enter information into various systems, ensuring accuracy with strong attention to detail
Proactively & effectively resolve all customer inquiries while creating an unrivalled customer experience
Foundational knowledge and experience to grow from. Post-secondary education in Business Administration with a focus in Finance and 2 years experience in a dedicated administrative role - or equivalent/relevant training and experience.
Intermediate skill level in MS Office and ability to learn other credit and/or sales applications and programs
Bilingual in French & English is considered an asset.
