orchestrer les déjeuners avec la précision d'un chef d'orchestre, servir le dîner avec une touche de fantaisie et organiser des soupers dignes des meilleurs banquets royaux (ou presque).
Nos résidents sont plein d'histoires à partager et d'appétits à satisfaire.
Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez, sera de veiller à ce que chaque repas soit une expérience gastronomique mémorable, tout en ajoutant une dose de bonne humeur et d'humour (parce que rire, c'est bon pour le cœur ).
En tant que responsable de salle à manger, vous aurez l'occasion de briller en tant que chef d'orchestre de la bonne humeur et du plaisir culinaire.

Membre du service alimentaire, le chef de la salle à manger, supervise les serveurs, s'assure de la qualité du service et de la satisfaction de la clientèle, s'assure du respect des tâches d'entretien de l'ère de restauration tout en y participant, approuve les feuilles de temps, voit aux remplacements au besoin et supporte le chef exécutif au niveau de la salle à manger en tout temps et lors d'évènements.
De plus, il agit à titre de serveur et dresse les tables, prend les commandes et sert les résidents et les visiteurs avec courtoisie.
Principales tâches :
Service style restaurant Accueillir les résidents et lles visiteurs à la salle à manger Prendre les commandes et les transmettre au passe-plats Servir les aliments et les breuvages à la clientèle et aux familles Ramasser et nettoyer les tables Remonter les tables Préparer les plateaux qui seront distribués aux chambres Assurer la propreté des aires de travail Voir à la satisfaction de la clientèle et au service impeccable S'assurer de la qualité des tâches Etc.

Formation en restauration / hôtellerie (un atout) Minimum de 7 ans d'expérience en salle à manger 2 ans d'expérience en tant que chef de salle Expérience en salle à manger de résidence (un atout) Permis/certificat :
