Senior ERP Business Analyst

Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Applications the Senior ERP Business Analyst will support the ERP team to maintain, troubleshoot and enhance the information systems technology assets of GIP Inc.Primary Scope of Role:
Identify gaps between existing processes and ERP capabilities and recommend solutions to address them.Validate and test ERP system configurations to ensure they meet business requirements.Develop and execute change management plans to facilitate smooth ERP adoption and transition.Analyze feasibility of new systems and enhancements to existing systemsSpecific Duties:
Align ERP functionalities with business needs across key departmentsProvide user training and supportPrepare and execute test scenarios and test scripts.Document functional specifications and collaborate with developers to translate them into technical solutions.Required Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with expertise in requirements gathering, testing, and supporting business analysis activitiesBachelor's Degree in one of the following disciplines Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or EngineeringExpertise in JD Edwards (JDE) Enterprise 9.2, with proficiency in at least two modules:
Financials, Project Management (Job Cost), Order to Cash, HR and PayrollExperience implementing, configuring, and supporting JDE Order to Cash, HR, Payroll or Financial ModulesKnowledge of JDE Orchestrator and JDE development toolsAdvanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookup, Macros, etc.)Proficiency in SQL and business analysis toolsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with a creative approachExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to explain complex ideas in simple, user-friendly languageCustomer service-oriented mindsetSuccess Predictors:
